Find mental health support in your local area
We provide a warm welcome, support in finding the therapist that is right for you and help for every step of the way.
We have a team of approximately 30 therapists, comprising qualified counsellors and counsellors who are still in training.
You may contact us in confidence via phone or text or through one of our online forms. One of our assessors will review any information you’ve provided and match you with a suitable therapist or arrange an initial meeting with you in person or online to obtain further information. We then plan for you to meet with your therapist so that your therapy can begin. Your assessor will remain available to you if you have any questions or concerns at any stage during the process.
Our therapists work with a wide of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, compulsive behaviours, anger, phobias, and stress. Our team uses different modalities including CBT, person-centred therapy, integrative methods, and Transactional Analysis alongside EMDR and clinical hypnotherapy.
If we are unable to provide help for a specific issue, we will draw on our network of associates to signpost you to services that may be able to assist.
In addition to meeting with people in person at The Old Bank in Hampden Park, we also have limited counselling appointments available at Langney Community Centre in Eastbourne and can offer sessions online via Zoom®.
