Who are we?

e-wellbeing for adults is a digital wellbeing service run by YMCA DownsLink Group, co-created with our partners and service users. Our aim is to provide a space for people to access relevant information about emotional health and wellbeing and find the support that is right for them.

This website is for adults over the age of 25 who live in Sussex (including Brighton & Hove). Using our Services page, you can find a range of organisations offering support in your local area.

Everyone is faced with difficulty and adversity at some point in their life, and many of us struggle with coping with and managing our personal mental health. Some may experience low points for a short period of time - perhaps due to a big change, or going through crisis - while others are affected by long-term mental health conditions.

Since March 2020, we have all been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, and many lives have been changed as a result. For many of us, despite now living in a 'new normal', experiencing multiple lockdowns and strict social distancing restrictions has had a significant impact on our mental and physical wellbeing.

Our short quiz on the Homepage allows you to select the issues you are seeking support with, and helps us to direct you to information and services that may be helpful for you.

Alternatively, you can go to our Feelings page where you can access a broad range of information and support about a variety of issues, including Anxiety, Low Mood & Depression, Substance Misuse, and Money Management.
